Service Description

A 4-hour tour to the reindeer safari in partnership with Tromsø Arctic Reindeer Experience. You will have the opportunity for reindeer sledding, reindeer feeding and meeting the Sami people. The tour includes : - 25 min bus drive to reindeer camp - feeding of wild reindeer around the reindeer camp - 25-30 min reindeer sledding ride - Hot drinks (tea, coffee, hot chocolate) around the fire inside a warm traditional Sami hut. - Warm lunch of a traditional Sami stew. - Storytelling of Sami culture - A joik performance (traditional Sami folk songs) - 25 min bus ride back to Tromsø city centre - Morning trip back in Tromsø at around 14.00 - children 6 -12 years old is 920kr - children 5 years old and below is free of charge More Info DURATION: 4 hours SEASON: Daily from 12th November to mid April PICKUP: Radisson Blu Hotel, 10.00 (morning) WHAT IS INCLUDED: Transfer, guiding, warm overalls and boots if required, storytelling and joik, warm lunch, coffee and snacks. WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING: Warm clothes (at least two layers), gloves and hat, good winter boots.
