HOW IT WORKS Our northern lights experience starts from Tromsø. We go as far as needed to have a good chance to see the northern lights. We do not have a kilometre or time limit. Northern lights can only be seen with a clear sky and an active solar activity. Our northern lights experience will only happen if we think that there is a good chance to see it. In case the conditions are too bad, we cancel the northern lights tour or postpone it to another day, to not waste anyone`s time. With this, we have a high success rate to see the Aurora. HOW LONG IS THE EXPERIENCE? The time of our Northern Lights Experience varies according to the distance that we have to drive to get clear skies. Sometimes this could only take half an hour or sometimes up to 4 hours. That's why the duration of the Experience varies depending on the season, weather and solar activity. On our Northern Lights Experience we are doing pure northern lights hunting/chasing, that means we don't stay in a base camp, and there is no food/drinks included. But you are welcome to take your own snacks and drinks to the tour because it might be a long time that we are going to stay outside. It is best to focus on the Northern Lights and not on a fire or BBQ. It gives light pollution and we often have to move in case clouds are coming. NORTHERN LIGHTS PHOTOGRAPHY We are passionate photographers. We have all equipment that we use to get the best shots out of every Northern Lights Experience. We will be taking portraits of you with the northern lights with no additional cost. We take as many photos as you like, so you can make unlimited posts in whatever angle you want 😊 You will also be able to get copies of your photos included in the price. If you have your own camera, we will be happy to show you how to choose the best settings for Northern Lights Photography. IN A NUTSHELL 1. Our Northern Lights Experience will only be in small groups to make your experience intimate and away from big tourist groups. 2. Pick up and drop off is included in the price. 3. No kilometre or time limit 4. Tour only happens with high chances of seeing the northern lights. 5. Professional pictures included 6. Children ages 3 below are free of charge.
